What does a Technical Support Specialist do?
They assist customers through phone, email or chat support by identifying service-related problems and researching answers, guiding customers through corrective steps, or even making sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services.
• At least High school graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• With or without call center experience
• Willing to work in CDO
