For Immediate Hiring:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all billings and payroll
  • Monitors and prepare inventory supplies (janitorial/office)
  • Prepares CV and JV
  • Prepares monthly report of Collection
  • Prepares monthly A/R schedule and reconciles billing discrepancies
  • Prepares SSS and HDMF loan and contributions and PHIC for online submission.
  • Prepares summary of WithHolding Tax and Input Tax
  • Reports billing every end of the month
  • Prepares, submit and ensures that all original documents and vouchers are sent to the main office
  • Performs other tasks as may be requested from time to time
  • Has experience and or knowledge about Peachtree
Educations and/or Experience
  • BS degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or any  related field
  • With at least have training experience and or work related background experience
  • Proficient in communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Language Skills: English and Cebuano / Visayan
