  • Graduate of 4-year course preferably BS Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related courseâ
  • Can easily understand and apply company initiated benefits
  • Possesses excellent communication (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong people and Team management skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Has a background with Compensation and Benefits or Timekeeping is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Work Shift:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8 hours per day (9am to 6pm)
Job Details:
Compensation and Payroll Management 
  • Review, assess and ensure accuracy and correctness of all employees’ time records semi- monthly 
  • Prepare salary adjustment report to Accounting Department 
  • Monitor and submit report to Accounting Department on other deductions incurred by the employees
  • Monitor and update employees’ monthly incentive 
  • Ensure timely payment and posting on Statutory Remittances   
    • SSS, SSS Loan, due date every 25th of the month
    • PhilHealth, due date every 15th- 20th day of the month 
    • HDMF, HDMF Loan, due date every 19th day of the month 
People Management 
  • Address payroll concern of employees and ensure feedback and closure 
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports, evaluations and recommendations related to human resource
