  • At least 6 months of IT sourcing and recruiting experience.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Familiar with recruiting best practices to attract in-demand professionals and able to be creative with alternative sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates utilizing alternative sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Google etc.
  • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques and direct search methodologies.
  • Knowledge of JobDiva Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ideal but not preferred.
  • Experience with networking, social media, and using resources to make connections with people, as well as being very comfortable with cold calling preferred.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro.
Functions and responsibilities:
  • Source, contact, and qualify both active and passive candidates via JobDiva, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
  • Utilize all forms and best practices taught in training to ensure that all candidates are thoroughly vetted, locked down, packaged, and presented.
  • Present quality candidates in a timely fashion to opportunities, adhering to client Service Level Agreements (SLA's), as well as populate hot lists with new active candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and update all JobDiva activity in a regular and timely fashion.
  • Respond to and qualify candidates applying to online job postings.
  • Assist with reference checking and lead generation.
  • Maintain a pool of prospective candidates through networking and relationship management.
  • Gather competitive and client footprint data.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions on various recruiting-related and technical topics.
