Job Description
  • These are Avida – accredited sellers who are well – supported by the company in terms of marketing activities and support that will help tap both individual buyers and investors to purchase from Avida Land with the same kind of commitment and values set by the company.
Requirements
  • With at least 72 Units in College
  • With Sales Experience of at least 6 months in Real Estate or related – industries
  • High verbal and written communication skills in both English and local languages
  • Highly presentable
  • MS Office familiarity
Job Responsibilities
  • SALES ROLE
    • Promote and market projects within the focused area
    • Generate leads and pipelines
    • Conduct presentation and tripping
    • Attend and participate in all sales and marketing Activities
  • RECRUITMENT
    • Attend Developmental Programs
    • Ensure compliance to PRC/HLURB guidelines
  • OPERATION TASKS
    • Submit RS pipelines (SAF Monitoring Report)
    • Provide status of accounts
    • Ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation requirements
    • Handle and endorse buyers’  concerns
